JACE 8000/JENEsys PC 8000 End of Life

Attention All Lynxspring Business Partners,

Now that Tridium’s next-generation JACE ® 9000/Lynxspring’s JENEsys PC 9000 hardware platform has been launched, questions about the JACE 8000’s/ JENEsys PC 8000 end of product life have arisen. To help our partners with planning, here are some important events and dates concerning the JACE 8000/JENEsys PC 8000 end-of-life (EOL) schedule:

• Niagara 4.15 is planned to launch in Q3 2024. It will be a long-term supported release, and the last supported Niagara 4 version for the JACE 8000/JENEsys PC 8000
• JACE 8000/JENEsys PC 8000 Last Time Buy (LTB*) date is planned for December 2025
• JACE 8000/JENEsys Edge PC 8000 End of Hardware Support date is planned for July 2028
